Licensed Firework coaches

Ruth Starsmeare

Wiltshire, Hampshire, Berkshire, Dorset

I specialise in career change coaching for Teachers looking to leave the classroom.

I offer 1:1 coaching sessions either face to face or using Zoom that will take you through a structured approach, so that you can figure out your life and career goals, your values and your motivations and understand what gives you energy. Alongside your skills and experience, we will look at what that means in terms of career options and we'll develop an action plan to get you from where you are now, to where you want to be.

In addition, I offer Career Change Workshops designed to take you through that structured approach in a one day intensive group session.  These will be face to face in various locations in the Wessex area.  See my website for the latest dates/venues.

Stien Gijsbrechts

Ekeren (Antwerp) in Belgium

I love working with people who are looking to better their lives by finding a career built on their strengths and their needs.
I have a lot of experience with parents who find that they need a different balance in their lives whilst their children are small.
In addition I have worked with people who are face a 'bore-out' or 'burn-out' and are looking for a new reality.

I would describe my style as supportive and result-oriented. I tend to see through the stresses of my clients to their true strengths. I do expect my clients to take responsibility and ownership of the coaching process. What I mean with that is that I am not going to 'whip' or 'chase' my clients into shape. That is up to them to do.

Aurelia Rogalli

Most of my clients have a corporate background and are looking for more fulfilment, either through a career change or through a side project in their life.

I am calm, intuitive, challenging and direct. I expect hard work from my clients so they can make the most of our sessions and move forward in their careers.

Mercedes Sancho

Monika Larini

Estonia (face to face coaching) and worldwide clients online

Many encourage people to step out of their comfort zone. I rather believe that people should make unknown situations more pleasant and interesting by expanding the boundaries of their present world.

It is indeed a matter of point of view: a career coach helps you find different perspectives on your work life that allow you to transform your initial conundrum into new inspiring beginnings, choose concrete actions amidst an overwhelming range of possibilities, and let your initial fear of the unknown turn into curiosity about what you will soon discover.

My coaching style has developed through the interaction between professional academic education and working in predominantly creative environments.

As a coach, I can be more supportive of those who see work as self-fulfilment and a strong part of their personal identity than just a way of earning a living.

Geraldine Locke

London and Global via Zoom or Skype

I specialise in mature career changers looking to make end of career decisions, and moving to a portfolio approach to life, pre-retirement. I coach both one-to-one, with couples and in groups.

I have a down-to-earth, common sense approach to coaching. I use a strengths based approach to helping clients facilitate their journey of self discovery, and help clients to be open minded and practical when facing the choices in front of them.

Lisa Russell

Berkshire

Coaching for mid-career women feeling unfulfilled at work.

I'm a warm and friendly coach who loves to bring a sense of playful curiosity to all my coaching sessions.

I specialise in working with people who are unhappy at work. I can help you get unstuck, freed up and moving towards work you can't wait to get out of bed for. I use tools from the Firework programme as part of an action-based programme to help you get clear on what lights you up, what work you want to do, and how you're going to get there. And I can help you bring a sense of play to the journey, so that you can get there faster, and lighter.

Ali McNab

I am a Career and Leadership Coach, supporting individuals and teams to create balanced, fulfilling, purposeful and successful careers.

I help people develop greater understanding of, and compassion towards, themself; clarifying what is truly important to them; what inspires and motivates them. Giving them the confidence and self-belief to make positive and intentional shifts in their career.
Acknowledging each client is unique, I tailor my approach to their specific needs; helping them explore and understand their strengths, values and drivers so they can identify a career that works specifically for them.

Working together, we develop a vision of how they want their work (and life) to be. Clarifying what has and hasn’t worked in the past, and what needs to change. Helping them to create clear action plans to move towards their vision and to develop tools to help maintain a positive mindset.

Caroline Cameron

I coach mid-career professionals who are ready to take the next step in their career but aren't sure what they want to do next or how to make a career change.

My coaching style is insightful, challenging and supportive. Together we identify your strengths and passions and create a career you'll love. We remove the barriers and build a simple roadmap that takes you from what you're doing now to what you'd truly love to do.

What can you expect when you work with me? This is best described by one of my clients who said, “You’re the sherpa I needed to climb my ‘Everest’. I had to do the work but you walked beside me, showed me shortcuts, made it easier and kept me on track till I reached the top.”
