This Masterclass is for you if...

  • Your clients avoid being visible or active on LinkedIn, fearing exposure until they are 100% confident in their career change direction
  • Your clients believe LinkedIn highlights their lack of relevant experience or expertise, making them reluctant to engage
  • You have clients who are sceptical about LinkedIn and view it as nothing more than a "glorified job board" or an "ego-driven platform," doubting its potential to support their career transition.
  • You’re uncertain how to guide your clients to use LinkedIn creatively or discreetly whilst they’re still exploring new career possibilities, or aren’t ready to job hunt

You'll leave this Masterclass with...

  • Creative ways to help your clients redefine their professional persona, subtly steering away from their current work identity while embracing new opportunities
  • Practical methods to help clients gain insider knowledge, build meaningful connections, and establish credibility in their target industry
  • Ways to empower your clients to seek support on LinkedIn without feeling unprofessional or amateurish
  • Greater confidence for yourself as a coach working with clients to reshape their professional identity and navigate career certainty with resilience
  • Two new 'oven-ready' tools to use with your clients called Widen Your World and Shape Shifting

Your Masterclass will be led by

Rachel Schofield

Career Coach, Communication & Presentation Skills Trainer and Former BBC Journalist

Rachel Schofield has made a career out of being curious. She spent 20 years as a journalist, reporting and presenting for the BBC, before deciding she'd interviewed quite enough politicians for one lifetime and retrained as a personal development coach. Which allows her to continue to be nosey and ask powerful questions, just with nicer people. She holds qualifications from Firework Career Coaching, the Coaching Academy and the ICF, and alongside her career development coaching is a LinkedIn trainer and presentation skills expert. She is also the author of "The Career Change Guide".

I love the style and delivery of these workshops. A good blend of content and experiential learning!

Questions?
How is the Masterclass delivered?

The Masterclass will take place on Zoom Meeting. In order to get the most out of the masterclass, you'll need an internet-connected computer / laptop, tablet or mobile device with a microphone and camera.

What’s the format of the masterclass?

The Masterclass will be a mix of instruction from our Masterclass expert, interactive exercises practising using the new tools and an interactive Q&A session.

I’m not free on the day / at the time of the Masterclass. Can I still take part?

Much of the value of the Masterclass will come from interactively practising the new tools in small groups, and this needs to be done live. However, if you register for the Masterclass, you will be sent the exercises and the recording a few days after the Masterclass (with the breakout room content edited out).

Will you be sharing a recording of the Masterclass?

Yes, we will be sharing a recording of the session with those who register. If you cannot join the Masterclass live, or you miss part of it, you can watch the recording afterwards – however, the content shared in breakout rooms is not included in the recording.

Will I be able to ask questions to the speakers?

Yes, there will be time throughout the session and towards the end to ask questions.

What equipment will I need to take part?

You'll need an internet-connected computer / laptop, tablet or mobile device with sound.

What will I need to prepare ahead of the Masterclass?

If you have time, it would benefit you to review the exercises and coach guidance for each exercise, which we’ll send you ahead of the Masterclass.

Do I need to be a coach to take part in the masterclass?

Yes, though it’s fine if you’re right at the start of your coaching journey. Some basic knowledge of coaching skills will be important.

I’m already a Firework licensed career coach. Will I learn anything new in the Masterclass?

Yes. The content of this Masterclass, including the two tools, is brand new and not part of the Firework Programme.

Is the masterclass discounted for Firework coaches?

Yes. If you are a Firework licensed coach, you will have received an email about this. If you haven’t please contact us on [email protected].
