Rachel Grace Elliott

London and the Midlands

As a Career Change Specialist, I help employed professionals (& business owners) transition into a career or business that is more aligned with their personality, natural strengths & unique needs.

My previous clients work in varying sectors such as law, banking, science, tech, education, the arts and music in both employed and self-employed positions.

I also offer additional mentoring packages to help clients create stand out job applications, excel at interviews or lay the foundations for a business they want to pursue.

As a former lawyer and having coached in a top university careers service before starting my business, I bring an understanding of many sectors to my coaching, consulting and mentoring.

My coaching style:

“Rachel is warm, empathic, and supportive whilst also being incredibly knowledgeable and action focused."

"Rachel is empathetic, insightful and professional and has supported me throughout my journey without any judgment."

Pheona Croom-Johnson

Surrey, UK

I am a coach, a team coach and a supervisor.

In coaching I work in four areas with individuals:

1. Thought Partner (asking challenging questions, supporting reflection and moving swiftly to action).

2. People Leaders (helping devise strategies and ways of working to enable people/teams/organisations to be and do all they need to do and be)

3. Professionals (without purpose and clear motivation how can you know what to build to provide a fulfilling life and career?).

Lindsay Wittenberg

London

I coach for development and transformation. I take psychological and systemic approaches, and aim to enable lasting change by going beyond what presents on the surface so that my clients achieve the results they want with confidence. My coaching approach is characterised by: a belief in the client’s potential; building on strengths; the importance of the coach-client relationship and the trust inherent in that; focus on the here and now through awareness and mindfulness (moment-to-moment awareness of one’s experience, with no judgment); a holistic perspective; and a creative, experimental attitude. My clients speak of me as challenging and supportive, caring and tough, dynamic and deep, positive, warm and insightful.

Christine Butenuth

London, UK

My coaching emphasis is targeted to individuals with undergraduate and higher degrees especially in science, engineering, mathematics and medicine who wish to use their undoubted intelligence and experience for "enterprises" that require an acumen and insight they have not had to develop either during their degree or during their career. This can include assisting them to develop their own business based on their personal strengths.

I like to have an open conversation with clients to help them help themselves, giving them the benefit of my experience along the way and encouraging them to think logically as distinct from "romantically" about their aspirations and potential, not forgetting the resources (personal or otherwise) upon which they can draw.

Emily Taylor

Sussex, UK

I work with people who want to make changes in their working life and are longing for greater fulfilment in their career. Clients have often been successful in their career so far, but now describe feeling stuck or at a crossroads where:

  • they want to do something that feels more meaningful or ‘right for them’
  • they want to regain balance in their lives or are facing changes such as returning to work after having children or redundancy
  • working out what to do next feels overwhelming; some have a dream but no plan, others have little idea yet, just not what they are doing now!

I also coach people in small/medium businesses or organisations who want to help maximise their own or others performance. I am experienced at coaching leaders and their teams on a wide range of goals including leadership, emotional intelligence, managing change, building confidence and self-awareness, MBTI and career development.

I am calm, intuitive, challenging and direct. I expect hard work from my clients so they can make the most of our sessions and move forward in their careers.
