Jo Ball

I work predominantly with people who want to make a positive difference in their lives and for those around them. I often work with creatives, people from a social care or voluntary sector background, changemakers and those interested in carving their own path.

I offer 1-1 coaching for mothers and also offer Firework for mothers returning to work.

In addition, I specialise in working with people who want to develop their inner resources to sustain themselves whilst creating external change.

My style is warm, collaborative, intuitive, flexible and creative. I love to work in-depth so, alongside your plan for a future career, you have the opportunity to develop practices and strategies that will support you as you step into your future. Getting the right balance of challenge and support can make a huge difference as you work towards a career transition so we work together to ensure this.

Jane Owen

With 10 years plus experience as a transition coach, I work with a wide range of individuals including graduates looking for their first role, postgraduates looking to alter their career path, women returning to work and executives looking for their next career, in short, anyone who is looking for more career satisfaction. I particularly like working with individuals to increase their confidence.

My style is empathetic and genuine and I provide a safe space for you to think differently. I work with the whole of you, your thoughts feelings and behaviours and provide support and challenge through tried and tested coaching interventions to clarify your options and take positive steps forward to achieving your goals; in other words, I hold your hand while you find your way because you cannot teach someone, you can only help them to learn for themselves.

Britta Siggelkow

London

As a career and leadership coach I specialise in one-to-one coaching for mid-career AEC professionals in the built environment - architects, engineers and construction professionals - who look for independent, confidential support outside of their workplace to gain more clarity and focus and better results in their working life.

Both my personal and working life experience – including more than 25 years professional experience as architect (employed & self employed) in 3 different countries and transition to professional coaching at mid-career – provide me with a great understanding of the challenges that mid-career AEC professionals face when supporting my clients on their own journeys of exploring career options, possible transitions and individual leadership challenges.

I work in a collaborative style with my clients with the coaching tailored to the individual’s needs, which is highly supportive whilst challenging.

Further I bring to my coaching:
  • Inspiration
  • Creativity
  • Strategic Thinking
  • Simplicity and the Skill in Abstraction
  • Lightness and Humour
  • Empathy, Perspective and Practical Insights – informed by more than 25 years international professional experience as architect in the built environment
  • A coaching style that has been described as warm, facilitative, reflective and goal orientated.
Here’s what some of my clients have said:

"I would really recommend Britta to professionals wishing to improve self awareness, confidence and professional performance at all levels. I personally found the insights and exercises very valuable as a mid-level professional with significant project responsibilities. The coaching improved my relationship with my employers and my own ability to manage stress and recognise my strengths and the added value I am personally able to bring to any situation, professional and personal.”

“Britta´s coaching style is gentle and structured which allowed me to feel secure and able to commit to the process. As a result I was able to improve my focus and performance at work whilst refining my mid-term vision.”

"I approached Britta to help me gain some clarity around my personal and professional goals. The sessions were engaging and thought provoking and I always felt that they were tailored to me. Her coaching has helped me cement core values and feel more assured in the direction of my career. I could not recommend Britta highly enough, her coaching and feedback has been invaluable and I now feel better equipped to drive the practice and my career forward.”

Felicity Dwyer

Hampshire, UK

I specialise in helping people find a way through mid-life career review and change.

We might be a good fit, if you are in one of these situations:

  • Facing redundancy and wanting to rebuild your confidence or review your choices.
  • Out of love with your work; you want to do something else, but don’t yet know what.
  • Considering self-employment or starting a business; you want to do something you enjoy, have more freedom and make a living.
  • Returning to work after time at home with children or as a carer.
  • You want to get clarity about your next steps and regain your confidence.

What my clients say about my coaching style:

"Felicity’s coaching style enables you to explore things openly and honestly and have conversations that you’ve previously found quite challenging or daunting to have even with yourself! On the day after my last session with Felicity, I had an interview for a job I would never have considered even applying for 6 months’ earlier and a few days later I discovered that I had got it."

"Felicity helped me enormously when I reached a real crossroads in my career and judging by the way my business is now going, her approach very definitely worked. I am the most contented with my work that I have ever been. I found her knowledgeable, kind and flexible. I would wholeheartedly recommend Felicity as a career coach for people wanting to explore the current or next stage of their career in a very warm and relaxed environment. (But be prepared, she will make you work hard too!).”

Duncan Muller

London, UK (west or central)

I unlock the potential of individuals and teams in creative industries. They’re ambitious, enthusiastic, fun, open-minded and curious. They want to make things better for themselves and are committed to change. And that’s why I love working with them.

Career Coaching - helps people find their new career direction, overcome what’s holding their career back. They have clarity on what’s next and how to get there. They enjoy more fulfilling careers.

Leadership Coaching - shifts leaders from micro-managers to big picture, system-aware leaders. They show more self-awareness, interact effectively, motivate better, and have more conscious leadership.

Team Coaching - transforms teams into high-performing teams. They show more positivity and increased productivity, they trust more, there’s more constructive debate. There’s also more commitment, accountability and attention on team results.

Life Coaching - helps people overcome what’s getting in their way. They get the life they want. They fully express themselves and their creativity and they enjoy positive and supportive relationships

Rather than my words, better to hear from my clients who've described me as, for example, "an open, present, authentic, warm, sharp person", "a curious, powerful coach, with a generous heart", "he brings all of himself", "knowledgeable and passionate", "positive and full of warmth", "highly perceptive and sensitive", and "I found it easy to relate and talk with him, and to trust him".

Vicky Kennedy

With 15 years experience within international matrix structured organisations and 9 years based out of Dubai, I am passionate about the art, science and psychology that underpins my professional background and I believe that when companies and individuals act in alignment with their unique strengths, passion and purpose they unleash incredible creativity, innovation and potential that produces inspirational leaders and market leading companies. In particular I work with expat executives wishing to develop their careers, change careers or set up their own businesses to obtain a more fulfilling work-life balance. An expat myself for over 12 years having lived in 5 different locations, I am familiar with the stress and challenges that this lifestyle brings, as well as the adaptability required. I also support executives that are relocating to the region with their partners but have not themselves yet found work. I maintain that Expat relocation is a fantastic opportunity to re-assess your career choices to ensure continued fulfilment.

I specialise in coaching executives, entrepreneurs and individuals through transformation in:

• Career development, change or transition
• Entrepreneurship, small business & start-ups
• Expat living
• Healthy lifestyle, healthy living, work-life balance and stress
• Wellness, in particular around polycystic ovarian syndrome (PCOS), colitis & inflammatory bowel disease (IBD)

Creative yet strategic, I encourage my clients to think big and out of the box, to tap into their true dreams and potential. I underpin this with a strategic, structured and practical step-by-step approach that enables clients to turn their 'big picture' career or business aspirations into tangible step-by-step steps actions.
