How to find new ways to help clients who want to change career but don't know what they want to do

This masterclass includes:
-
1.5 hour live online session
-
Ready-to-use exercises
I loved that the hosts and other participants were so generous with their knowledge, and that the tools were both really practical and 'oven ready'.
This Masterclass is for you if...
- You're coaching clients who want a career change but don’t have a clue about what to do next
- You have clients who you feel are playing with the idea of change rather than actively exploring
- You need new tools to help your clients discover new ideas, expand their knowledge of other sectors and reach out to key individuals
- You want to be able to give your clients structured, practical approaches to exploration and information interviews
You'll leave this Masterclass with...
- Methods to help clients move from career confusion to clarity (and from dreaming to doing)
- Two powerful tools to use with your clients – Role Ingredients and Three Career Circles – helping them to reframe new career possibilities
- Techniques to leave your clients feeling braver and more credible as they continue their exploration, with John’s usual tailored, ‘behind-the-scenes’ step by step guidance for coaches
- Greater confidence for yourself as a coach working with clients who want a career change but don't know what to do next

Rachel Schofield
Career Coach, Communication & Presentation Skills Trainer and Former BBC Journalist
Rachel Schofield has made a career out of being curious. She spent 20 years as a journalist, reporting and presenting for the BBC, before deciding she'd interviewed quite enough politicians for one lifetime and retrained as a personal development coach. Which allows her to continue to be nosey and ask powerful questions, just with nicer people. She holds qualifications from Firework Career Coaching, the Coaching Academy and the ICF, and alongside her career development coaching is a LinkedIn trainer and presentation skills expert. She is also the author of "The Career Change Guide".
I love the style and delivery of these workshops. A good blend of content and experiential learning!
