I am a career and leadership coach, working with clients across a range of sectors, but particularly those in the charity/not-for-profit and public sectors. I love working with people during their defining career moments, whether that's deciding whether to step into (senior) leadership, switching sectors, or considering a completely new career direction.
I am warm, friendly, and down-to-earth. In my coaching sessions, I'll use just enough challenge to help you overcome any thoughts or behaviours which may be holding you back. I'll help you to step outside your comfort zone, in a safe, supportive way.
