I’m Olivia, certified career coach and former UN staff. Since 2021, I’ve been coaching humanitarians navigating career transitions and supporting them to rediscover meaningful and satisfying work.

With 20 years' experience in the humanitarian sector, focusing on cash assistance for refugees, I truly understand the challenges of our work and the sense of purpose that drives many of us. I have experienced firsthand how important it is to feel that our work aligns with our values, while still making space and time for ourselves, our health, family and friends.

I support people to find clarity, focus their attention on doing what they love and work sustainably throughout their careers, whether this means shifting direction and starting afresh or staying in the humanitarian sector.
