I specialise in career coaching for HR, People and leadership professionals at all stages of their careers - from those taking their first steps into HR through to senior leaders and executives.

My particular specialism is the HR and People profession. Before becoming a coach, I spent more than 20 years working across HR, executive search and recruitment in the UK, Europe and Singapore. This gives me a strong understanding of the HR employment market, how organisations hire and what enables candidates to stand out.

My coaching combines thoughtful reflection with practical career strategy. I help clients understand themselves more deeply, recognise the value of their experience, challenge the beliefs holding them back and translate their strengths into a clear and credible career story. My approach is warm, honest and encouraging, while also providing the structure, challenge and accountability needed to move forward.
