- are transitioning into new roles & want to be successful, navigating the 'political' dynamics

In terms of how we work together; I take an holistic and individual approach to all my clients. We identify what 'success' from coaching looks like for you and gauge the process and number of sessions that works best for you. We'll use different tools and approaches that I've gained over the years that best fit for where you're at.
