I specialise in career transition, using the Firework programme to help individuals figure out what their dream job is and how to get there. With 20 years experience in coaching, I am passionate about helping people achieve career satisfaction and success, enabling them to discover their natural strengths, and be in harmony with their talents, values, visions and goals.
My bespoke coaching is designed to overcome self-limiting beliefs, help people perform at a higher level and achieve their goals faster. I challenge my clients to help them understand what they really want from a career, and to help them follow through with the changes they commit to.
I also work with individuals who want to improve their performance at work, achieve a promotion, increase their confidence or get back on their feet after redundancy.
