This Masterclass is for you if…
- Your clients struggle with the lack of clarity and uncertainty that comes with career change and shifting goals
- They get stuck overthinking options, second-guessing themselves, or waiting for the “perfect” decision
- You want structured, repeatable approaches to decision-making, risk assessment, and prioritisation you can bring straight into your sessions
- You’d like to understand the brain’s bias toward certainty and threat-avoidance — and how to help clients work with it, not against it
- Your clients need to stretch their tolerance for risk and uncertainty so they can move forward with more confidence and less stress
You'll leave the Masterclass with…
- Proven principles from decision engineering and behavioural science you can use in your very next coaching session
- Techniques to help clients uncover their attitude to risk and understand how their brain responds to uncertainty
- A clear, repeatable framework you can teach clients to build lasting decision-making confidence
- Ready-to-use exercises for guiding clients through both high-stakes career choices and everyday decisions with greater ease
Your Masterclass will be led by
